MEET YOUR SOLICITOR, REBECCA

Decades of Experience. Genuine, Personal Care.

Rebecca brings almost 20 years of hands-on experience in Sunshine Coast property and estate law. She spent nearly two decades at Tim Williams Property Lawyers, a well-known local firm, before she took the leap and bought it outright, rebranding it Coast & Country Legal.

Her path here started at the front desk, not law school. She worked her way up while studying law and raising a family, and that's exactly why she treats every client's matter like it's her own. That care is built on three things:

Almost 20 years of hands-on experience in Sunshine Coast property and estate law

She personally handles every estate planning and administration matter, not just the big ones

Backed by a growing team, including Senior Conveyancing Paralegal Sam Byrne and admin support Michelle Shugg

GOT QUESTIONS?

Frequently Asked Questions

Straightforward answers to the questions we hear most from Sunshine Coast families dealing with Probate, Estate Administration and Wills.

How much does it cost for a Will?

Prices vary, depending on what you may need. Let's have a no obligation initial consultation so we can give you right details. The most important thing is that your Will is prepared properly, you understand the process, and your wishes are taken care of.

When should I have a Will?

Anyone over 18 should definitely have a Will, and as we age or take on more assets, it becomes increasingly important. You also need your Will to be updated during any major events - marriage, separation, blending families, divorce, having children, retirement and more.

Why do I need a Will?

Without a valid Will, Queensland's intestacy laws decide who inherits your estate. That might not match your wishes, and it usually means more stress, delays and cost for your family. A properly drafted Will gives you certainty, and makes things easier for the people you leave behind.
